Pork chops make a favorite meal at my house. They are so easy to prepare and ready in less than 30 minutes with little hands on time at all.

That means they are just as easy for me to prepare for a quick weeknight supper or on the weekend when entertaining. Generally, I turn to my quick skillet pork chops recipe or even my super simple slow cooker pork chops. But let me share a recipe that I think you are going to love just as much as my family does. I mean, gah! So delicious!

So much so that they’ve become one meal that my whole family can agree on and my son even requests. Now, that’s music to this Mama’s ears and you know when your children request something other than cookies, cake or ice cream that you do all you can to make it for them! Since it is something we all love, it is also something I look forward to making. I know there won’t be an issue with getting everyone to eat their supper without a fuss.

This pork chop recipe involves that out of this world bacon jam I shared with you all a while back. Now, that stuff is great straight off a spoon, but when you add it to pork chops, it just makes them phenomenal! It adds a ton of flavor and is one reason I always love to have bacon jam on hand!
