This broccoli slaw recipe is so simple and easy to throw together. I think you are going to love it.

Broccoli Slaw | addapinch.com

I love recipes like that. The kind that you can quickly toss together and one that everyone loves.

I served this broccoli slaw the other evening with my grilled chicken legs. The crunch from the slaw and the flavor from the dressing I made went perfectly with the grilled chicken. But, this slaw recipe goes well with so many dishes. It is definitely one of my favorite go-to recipes.

I used a prepared broccoli slaw from the salad section of my grocery store as my based and then added a bit of onion and mixed it all together with my dressing.

From start to finish, I had this slaw made in less than 10 minutes.

I don’t know about you, but when a slaw recipe tastes that great and can be thrown together in a jiffy, I call it a keeper for sure!

I used erythritol-stevia blend in place of sugar to make this keto, and adjusted salt and black pepper. Also used a sweet onion. Delicious!

I made this ahead of dinner to go with fried catfish.  OMG!  I could have eaten the whole bowl while I was making it….  I added dried cranberries and sliced almonds just because I had them.  The flavors are excellent.  Now I can’t wait for dinner.  I will make this as my go to Cole Slaw recipe from now on.

    1. You’ve got me craving this again, Sharon! I bet it was delicious with the sliced almonds. Thanks so much for letting me know you like it! xo

    1. I would also like to know what broccoli slaw in a Bag has in it. I have a big head of cabbage in my refrig I would like to add to touch use for this salad

    2. Broccoli slaw usually has broccoli, green cabbage, red cabbage and carrots. Some may vary, but this is pretty standard for the ones I usually buy.
Hope you enjoy the recipe! Thanks so much! xo

I didn’t have broccoli slaw in the fridge, so used cabbage slaw, shredded carrots, and broccoli heads chopped small. My husband likes his slaw to be more vinegar than mayo, so I added more vinegar. I also added dried cranberries. Yum!!!! i think the lemon juice gives this a really nice zing. Will make again.

  4. I made the recipe exactly as called for and it was way too tart to eat . I will try it again and this time the omit vinegar and cut the amount of lime in half.

  5. Just “made” this (if you can call it that, haha). It’s very good! I like that it has a hint of lime juice.
