This Spicy Dry Rub makes a wonderful gift over the holiday season, as a housewarming, or anytime, really.

Mixing up a large batch of this dry rub is so quick and easy and makes a great gift for family and friends, neighbors, or even as a teacher gift – especially for men who love to smoke and/ or grill.

But, if you are like me, you’ll want to keep a batch of this dry rub in your kitchen at all times. It is so delicious and works perfectly with pork, chicken, and beef. It is sort of a do-all dry rub recipe.

You’ll use basic ingredients that are most likely already in your kitchen, but in just the right amounts to make the perfect spicy dry rub that you’ll turn to time and again for so many dishes and recipes.

Here’s my Spicy Dry Rub recipe. I hope you love it as much as we do!

    Hello,
Do you have suggestions on how to make this dry rub less spicy? My kids don’t have a palette for spicy foods yet, but they love sweet & smoky.
    Thanks!
    Jenny

    1. Robyn Stone says:

Jenny, I can understand this may be too spicy for small children. Spice mix can be tricky. My best advice would be to taste it as you go and make it your own by adding a touch more of the spices you love and less of those you don’t or ones your children would not like.
