I make my red wine vinaigrette often as we use it routinely on salads, lettuce wraps, etc. It is definitely a favorite around here.

However, luckily for me, it only takes a few minutes to whisk all of the ingredients together for a fresh, bright dressing that just takes everything up a notch or two when you use it.

  1. I have a question, can I make a large batch of this and store it in jars? If so how long would it last and would it last longer if I canned it with a pressure canner or water-bath canner?

  2. This is my very favorite dressing. Thank you, Robyn. I think it’s been posted before so I now have 2 copies. Have a good weekend!
