Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup (80 g) all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon (1 g) kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2 g) baking powder
  • 2 ounces (56 g) unsweetened chocolate
  • 4 ounces (112 g) bittersweet chocolate, or semisweet
  • 10 tablespoons (141 g) butter
  • 1 1/4 cups (248 g) granulated sugar

  • 1/4 cup (82 g) salted caramel sauce

I’ve tried making these several times now and the caramel continues to cook into the brownies and looks nothing like the picture! What am I doing wrong here?
