Watermelon Feta Appetizer Bites make one of the easiest little appetizers in the world. And they make the perfect little bite of summer, too.
In just a few minutes, you can have a tray full of these fabulous little bites ready, but the best part is that they can easily be made ahead of when you need them for your party to make things even easier on you.
Then, right before serving, you simply drizzle them with balsamic glaze to amp up the flavor a ton.
Aren’t they just cute as pie? err…. watermelon?
And if you caught the watermelon salad with watermelon vinaigrette recipe I shared yesterday, then you know how I’m trying to enjoy my sweet watermelon while I can.
And believe me, this is one more delicious way to enjoy the bounty of that juicy, delicious watermelon.

Here’s my Watermelon Feta Appetizer Bites recipe. Great for your next get together.
- 2 cups cubed watermelon
- 1 (10-ounce) package Feta cheese, cut into cubes
- balsamic glaze
- Assemble watermelon feta appetizer bites by layering a cube of watermelon, then feta cheese, and then topping it with another cube of watermelon onto a cocktail skewer or toothpick.
- If making ahead of time, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until about 15-25 minutes before serving.
- Just before serving, drizzle with balsamic glaze.
Enjoy!

Those look delicious and healthy!
I have always wondered what kind of balsamic glaze to get and where to get it. Any help with this would be great
How do u make the glaze?
Got rave reviews when I served them! I found the feta easier to skewer, without crumbling, after letting it warm up for 15 – 20 min.
