How to Make Garlic Roasted Carrots Recipe

Ingredients

Be sure to see the recipe card below for the full listing of ingredients, instructions, notes, and estimated nutritional information.

For these easy roast carrots, you’ll need just 5 ingredients: fresh carrots, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.

You can also use Stone House Seasoning in place of the garlic, salt, and pepper called for in the recipe if you have it on hand.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Prep. Preheat the oven and line a baking sheet with parchment.

Bake. Arrange the carrots on the baking sheet and drizzle them with the olive oil and then sprinkle them with the garlic, salt, and pepper. After a quick toss to make sure they are well coated, I place them into the oven until they are fork tender, about 20 minutes. Note: If the carrots are very large, the cooking time may be a bit longer, and if they are smaller, then just a bit less.

Serve. Remove from the oven and serve warm.

They are delicious served with my rib eye steaks, baked chicken, baked ham, roast turkey, and so much more!

    1. They are absolutely delicious! One or two big whole carrots is about what I’d eat as a side during a meal, but you can definitely make and eat more if you’d like. Hope you enjoy them! Thanks! xo
