The recipe for them really couldn’t be any simpler to make either. Which probably makes me love them even more.

Are you like that?

You really love the taste of something, but then you remember how dad gum simple it was to make and automatically it just sky rockets to one of your favorite things to make?

Well, I sure do.

With this Honey Mustard Chicken Thighs recipe, you’ll simply add your chicken thighs to a rimmed baking sheet or do like I like to do and toss them into your skillet.

Then, simply coat them well with the honey mustard dressing that I shared with you yesterday. Remember it? Oh you just need to make a batch of that stuff so you have it on hand for just such occasions as making these chicken thighs.

In less than 30 minutes, you have these delicious, tender, juicy, amazing Honey Mustard Chicken Thighs that will absolutely disappear before your eyes.

If you’d like to make this a one skillet supper, you can easily add in quartered red potatoes and carrots to the skillet as you pop it into the oven. All of the elements of the dish should be ready at the same time, you’ll just want to check for doneness by piercing your potatoes and carrots with a fork to make sure they are fork tender.

  1. What do you do with the dressing? Do you put it on the chicken before roasting? After? The instructions don’t address this, and I’m a derp when it comes to the kitchen! I can’t function without directions… unless I’m making a peanut butter sandwich.
