These Maple Cookies are a sweet, simple, scrumptious cookie for autumn. Oh yeah, and did I mention addictive.

Yes, they are pretty addictive, too. I think I’ll only eat just one of these cookies and be done with it when I start baking them, but goodness gracious, I just have no will power when it comes to cookies.

I like to keep the maple in them really delicate and not at all overpowering. Of course, you can adjust the maple in the cookies to give you the exact amount of maple in them that you are looking for, but for my family, this is perfect.

Of course, I also like to add a little bit of my maple buttercream to the tops of them and even like to smoosh a couple together with some of that buttercream frosting in the center for a yummy maple cookie sandwich.

Heaven help me. Who can resist that deliciousness?

Certainly not me!
