As you know with cooking other cauliflower recipes, cauliflower seems to take on flavors of whatever you add to it, making this combination absolutely perfect in my opinion. Since the garlic takes such a fragrant, sweet flavor as it roasts, it provides so much umph in this cauliflower puree recipe.

This recipe works great in place of mashed potatoes in a meal and thankfully, it comes together really quickly, making it even better in my book.

Once the cauliflower is cooked, you toss it and your roasted garlic into your blender. Add a bit of salt and pepper and within seconds later, you have this gorgeous cauliflower recipe you’ll adore!
