Congratulations to the winners of this contest, Joanna Davis and Stephanie Phelps!

I am so excited about the release of my friend, Gina’s newest cookbook, SkinnyTaste Fast and Slow! It is filled with recipes that fall into one of two categories – ready in 30 minutes or cooked in a slow cooker. I’ve looked forward to receiving it for months now since I first heard that she was working on her second book.

The most difficult thing about this book is deciding what to cook first from it!

It includes chapters filled with recipes for breakfast and brunch, one-bowl meals, pastas and veggie noodles, and a huge selection of meaty and meatless meals! You’ll even find a chapter dedicated to taco night, which I think my son will love!

I shared a recipe today from her cookbook that I think you will want to make and make soon! It is her Baked Eggplant Parmesan Stacks that work perfectly for a meatless meal!

To celebrate her new book, I’m giving away a gift pack of her beautiful book and my favorite slow cooker to two lucky members of the Add a Pinch family! It is a gift pack that I think everyone would love!

  1. I love going to the wineries in the North Georgia mountains and looking at the scenery on the way. It’s a tradition :0

  2. Our favorite fall tradition is going to all of the festivals, pumpkin patch, and fairs that come during October/November.
