Sweet and Sour Chicken has the perfect blend of sweet and sour in every bite, it always perks up my taste buds! I was excited to try it when I was asked by Kraft® and BlogHer to try a few of the new  Kraft Recipe Makers with my family.

If you remember from the Tex-Mex Chicken Fajitas that I shared a while back, each Kraft Recipe Makers package includes two complex, gourmet style sauces, along with three recipes to use or inspire you to create your own. You simply have to add the protein, produce, and any grains you prefer to use with the package.

You won’t believe how easy this sweet and sour chicken is to prepare either! You simply saute your chicken with a portion of the Sesame Ginger Simmer Sauce and then add in your vegetables to cook until just tender along with the remainder of the Sesame Ginger Simmer Sauce. Finally, you add pineapple chunks and the Pineapple Sweet and Sour Finishing Sauce for a dish you will absolutely love!

Kraft asked me to create a video showing you just how simple this Sweet and Sour Chicken recipe is to make. Just remember, my drawl is thick, my words are slow, and I totally have a face for radio. Heh!

  1. What a great looking recipe..! I’d make this, but with tofu! Sounds like a sure thing! A good meal!

    Thanks for the giveaway!

  2. As vegetarians we eat A LOT of pasta. I think the Chicken Bruschetta Pasta recipe would work well for us as long as the sauces are vegetarian! We could add our own fake chicken to it and make it work! Pasta is our standby! LOL

  3. I could make my crawfish noodle casserole using the cheesy chicken Florentine sauce & cream cheese & green onions!
