Biscuits may be made ahead and frozen in one of two ways.
Unbaked - prepare without baking, but place the baking sheet of cut out biscuits into the freezer until frozen throughout, about 15 - 20 minutes. Remove from the freezer and place into a sealable freezer bag and store in the freezer for up to 3 months. To serve, remove from the oven and bake as directed. You may need to add a few minutes to the baking time to bake from frozen.
Baked - Bake as directed and allow to cool completely. Then store in sealable freezer bag in the freezer for up to 3 months. To serve, reheat in the oven or microwave until heated throughout.
