Worcestershire sauce

apple cider vinegar

brown sugar

water
salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Brown ground beef in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add in onion, garlic, and bell pepper and cook until tender, about 3-5 minutes.
Reduce heat to low and stir in Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, and water. Simmer about 15 minutes.
Serve warm.
Notes
If you prefer your Sloppy Joes a bit sweeter, add 1-2 tablespoons brown sugar as you add the ketchup.
