- 4 (10-inch) tortillas cut into 8 equal wedges
- olive oil spray
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350º F.
Arrange cut tortilla wedges on a baking sheet. Spritz lightly with olive oil spray. Stir together the cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl. Sprinkle onto the tortilla wedges.
