Instructions
Pour oats and milk into a container with a tight fitting lid. Stir well and seal the jar tightly. Store in the refrigerator overnight. To serve, remove lid and top with strawberries.
Notes
Add strawberries and water to skillet over medium heat to bring out the sweetness of the strawberries. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the strawberries have just softened, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and serve over top of the oats. In place of the milk, you may use 2 cups of water with the oats. If you'd like to soften your oats even more for overnight, bring the 2 cups of water to a boil before pouring over the oats. Allow to sit for about 10 minutes, then stir, cover, and store overnight.
