Cream together cream cheese, mayonnaise, onion, celery, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, horseradish, and hot sauce in a large bowl with an electric mixer. Stir in salmon, making sure to not overmix and leave pieces of salmon visible in the dip.
To serve cold
Place in an airtight container or wrap well and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve
To serve warm
Spread into a small baking dish and bake at 350ยบ F for 10 minutes.
