Ingredients

mango
peeled, pitted and diced

bell pepper
deseeded and diced
1 - 2
jalapeno pepper
deseeded and diced

green onions
diced

fresh blueberries
1/4
cup
cilantro
chopped

tablespoon
lime juice
pinch
kosher salt
optional
Instructions
Stir together the mango, pepper, jalapeno, onion, and blueberries in a medium bowl. Add cilantro, lime juice and salt, if using. Stir well to combine all ingredients and then serve.
Notes
Makes 3 1/2 cups.
