Ingredients

For the Graham Cracker Pie Crust

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 8 tablespoons butter melted
  • pinch of salt

For the Pie Filling

  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • 1 20-ounce can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 8-ounce carton Cool Whip

Instructions

For the Graham Cracker Crust

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Combine all ingredients and press onto the bottom of large, freezer-safe casserole dish (9x13).
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes.
  • Allow to cool completely before adding pie filling.

For the Pie Filling

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and spread evenly onto cooled graham cracked crust.
  • Wrap tightly with plastic wrap and aluminum foil and place in freezer until frozen throughout.
  • When ready to serve, remove from freezer and allow to stand for 3-5 minutes before cutting.
  • For easy cutting, place knife into a large glass of hot water. Then, cut squares of frozen pie for serving.
