Crispy Air Fryer Sweet Potato Cubes are a quick, healthy side dish with a perfect crunch. Ready in under 15 minutes, this easy recipe is seasoned to perfection!
Prep. Preheat air fryer to 400º F. Scrub and peel the sweet potatoes. Cut into 1/2-inch cubes.
Season the potatoes. Place the cubed potatoes into a medium mixing bowl. Add the olive oil and seasonings. Stir to coat the potatoes evenly.
Air fry. Transfer the seasoned sweet potatoes to the air fryer basket. Spread into a single layer to make sure potatoes are not crowded. Cook in batches if needed. Air fry for 6 minutes, shake the basket and air fry for 4-6 more minutes until tender and crispy.
Serve. Remove from the air fryer and serve.
