Ingredients

red potatoes
cleaned and sliced
olive oil
6-8
ounces
sour cream
2
cups
shredded cheese
bacon
cooked and chopped (optional)
chives
chopped (optional)
caramelized onions
optional
salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Layer potatoes in a large baking dish.
Pour olive oil over potatoes.
Bake until potatoes are fork tender, about 30 minutes.
Spoon sour cream on top of potatoes and spread.
Add any optional items you prefer.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of sour cream and bake until cheese is bubbly and melted, about 15 more minutes.
