Sweet Potato Chips make a delicious snack or crunchy side dish. Made with just three ingredients, these healthy sweet potato chips are ready in 5 minutes!
These sweet potato chips may be a little too easy. Seriously. Fresh, delicious sweet potato chips in less than five minutes? It makes it just a little too easy to feed my craving!
But, thankfully, I don’t feel guilty serving them to my family since there are only a few simple ingredients in these sweet potato chips – sweet potatoes, olive or grapeseed oil and a sprinkle of sea salt. That’s it!
I use my mandoline to get thin, consistent slices of sweet potato. Of course you can use your knife as well. Then, I shake the sweet potato slices in a zip top bag with a bit of olive or grape seed oil before I pop them into the microwave for a few minutes to crisp up. Once they’ve lightly browned, I add a pinch of sea salt and voila! Done!
I’ll just tell you though, you will find yourself making these fairly often after you make them the first time! Everyone loves them!
Here’s my simple as can be recipe for how to make sweet potato chips. I think you’ll love it!
