Honeyed Prosciutto Fig Flatbread Recipe
To make this delicious flatbread, you begin with your favorite flatbread. While you can certainly make your own, you can also use store bought for this recipe. I like to arrange my flatbread onto a pretty serving board or platter and then spread it with my ricotta cheese.
Then, I pile on my prosciutto, fig slices and drizzle with honey. Then, I top it all off by sprinkling on chopped pistachios.
Talk about heavenly!
You can see just how easy it to whip together in below in my recipe video.
Here’s my recipe. I hope you love it!

This was my first time experimenting with figs, it turned out great! Thanks so much for the awesome recipe, here’s to many more!
hello, I love your blog, just a question, what would you recommend instead of the figs, not always available where I am… thank you
Hi Maria!
Thank you so much. If figs are not available, you can substitute thinly sliced apples or pears in the place of the figs in this recipe. It will be delicious! xo
