Light, fresh and tasty: the perfect combo! Nothing beats a well made salad. Thanks for the healthy post!
This is the 2nd time I’ve made this but with shrimp instead of chicken. When we were going home after wine tasting, my hubby said he wanted the salad exactly howI made it last time (5days-ago). Wow, he really likes your recipes (with my own touch, we hadnochicken)! Keep ‘me coming.
I’ve always made this with shredded chicken and served on a croissant. It’s one of our favorites!
This is just what I need today! So light and fresh.
This also fits into my category which is (very) low sodium. Thanks!
Looks delicious. How do you cook your chicken in prep for the chicken salad?
There is nothing better! So healthy and yummy!
Looks creamy and delicious!
Love it. Thanks Robyn. Have a Fun Day!
This just looks so fresh and delicious – I would never suspect that it fit into all of those special needs, but I love that it does!
