BBQ chicken sliders make a simple, delicious meal that everyone loves.

Roasted chicken thighs make a mighty tasty BBQ chicken slider for a simple, quick lunch or dinner. It tastes like you’ve invested a whole lot more time into preparing the meal than you actually have, which is always a good thing in my book. And if you happen to make the spicy honey soy roasted chicken thighs for one meal, throw a few more in than you’ll actually need so you’ll be able to turn out these bar-b-que chicken sliders in no time flat.

Here’s how I make my BBQ Chicken Sliders.
