Skillet Green Beans with Dill Herbed Butter

These Skillet Green Beans with Dill Herbed Butter makes a quick and easy side dish perfect for a weeknight meal or when entertaining!

Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 pound green beans, ends trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

For the Dill Herbed Butter

  • 4 tablespoons salted butter, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 bunch dill, , fresh, minced

Instructions 

  • Pat green beans dry with a paper towel and set aside. Drizzle olive oil into medium skillet set over medium heat. Add green beans, kosher salt, and black pepper. Cook the green beans until they are just tender, but still crisp, tossing the green beans occasionally using tongs. Remove from heat.
  • Meanwhile, cream together butter, salt, pepper, and dill. Spoon the Dill Herbed Butter onto the hot green beans and serve.
