Step-by-Step Instructions

Stir the sugar into the hot water. Add the sugar to a pitcher and then pour in the hot water. Stir until the sugar has dissolved, and then allow it to cool.

Blended strawberry puree from fresh strawberries pulsed in a blender jar.

Puree the strawberries. Next, add your hulled strawberries to your blender and blend to puree.

Mix in strawberries and lemon juice. Add the strawberry puree and lemon juice to the pitcher and stir to combine. You can either serve it immediately or store it in the refrigerator to serve later.

Garnish and serve. When ready to serve, add optional garnishes of fresh lemon, strawberry slices, and mint and serve over ice cubes.

Storage Tips

To store: Cover the pitcher of lemonade or use one with a lid and refrigerate for up to 3 days before any fresh fruit garnishes are added. Add the fresh fruit garnishes and ice cubes just before serving for the best freshness.

Perfect Sip for Entertaining

This is a beautiful lemonade to serve when entertaining or for showers and luncheons. It is so light and refreshing, and everyone loves it! Especially those who love strawberries!

And since the temperatures here in the South can get considerably warm in the spring and summer, this cold and tasty lemonade is always a hit on a hot day!

Hi Robyn! I was just talking to a lady yesterday that has a strawberry farm near me. We were excited about the soon to be strawberries we will be enjoying. I always buy a big ole bunch of berries and can’t eat them fast enough. This will be something to try and use up those delicious berries. I have no doubt this will be a 5-star drink! You know I’m Pinning it! 🙂
