Saturday:Instant Pot Sweet Potato Chili (30 Minutes)

Sunday: Brisket with Tomato Gravy (Slow Cooker, from the Add a Pinch Cookbook)+ Broccoli (30 Minutes) + Popovers

Monday: Chicken Avocado Pear Salad (30 Minutes)

Tuesday:  Skillet Steaks + Perfect Baked Potato + House Salad + Chocolate Cake Hearts (Valentine’s Day)

Wednesday:  BLT Avocado Lettuce Wraps + Spicy Sweet Potato Wedges  + Avocado Crema (30 Minutes)

Thursday: Family Night Out or Leftovers!

Friday:White Chicken Chili (Slow Cooker)

Meal Plan Tips:

Saturday:
This recipe is on the table in less than 30 minutes with minimal prep.

Sunday:
Brisket with Tomato Gravy: The slow cooker does all the hard work on this recipe. I prep it the night before, add it all to the slow cooker insert and store in the refrigerator overnight. Then, I just place the insert back into the slow cooker and set the timer as we head out for church. (Recipe in upcoming cookbook release)
Broccoli: Prep the broccoli by cutting ahead into florets when you first get home with it.
Popovers: Definitely best fresh! (Recipe in upcoming cookbook release)

Monday:
A super quick recipe that is ready in less than 30 minutes. To speed things along, you could cook your bacon and chicken up to three days ahead and then just reheat to include on the salad to cut the time even more.

Tuesday:
Happy Valentine’s Day!
Skillet Steaks: These steaks are ready in 25 minutes from start to finish! We’d wait longer in line at a restaurant than this! ๐Ÿ™‚
Perfect Baked Potato: You can always make these ahead and simply reheat or if you prefer, you can use the slow cooker method instead.
Chocolate Cake Hearts: These only take about 30 minutes to make, but are great to make a day ahead and then rewarm the ganache and assemble before serving.

Wednesday:
Another really quick weeknight favorite!

Thursday:
A night out or leftovers sounds perfect!

Friday:
White Chicken Chili: Can you tell we love this recipe this time of year? Put everything in the insert of the slow cooker the night before and then keep in the refrigerator overnight. Then, the next morning, just pop into the slow cooker and set the timer. Voila!

Have a great week!
