This easy wrap uses a handful of ingredients for the wrap and just three for the delicious homemade cream cheese spread.

Ingredients

Be sure to see the recipe card below for the full listing of ingredients, instructions, notes, and estimated nutritional information.

Ingredients used to make turkey wraps.

For these wraps, you’ll need:

  • Tortillas or wraps. I love using spinach herb wraps, but use your favorite type. If you prefer, you can also make these wraps as a traditional sandwich with your favorite sandwich bread.
  • Turkey. Use leftover or deli turkey. You can also use chicken if you prefer it as well.
  • Cheese. We use Swiss cheese in these wraps.
  • Dried Cranberries. They add so much flavor to these sandwiches.
  • Spinach. I use fresh baby spinach. You can also use your favorite lettuce if you prefer.

For the spread, you’ll need:

  • Cream cheese. Make sure that it is softened to combine well with the other ingredients.
  • Chives. Fresh chives add so much flavor to the spread.
  • Green onion. I also love the flavor of a finely diced green onion in the spread.

  1. 5 stars
These are absolutely wonderful. I have made them several times, and they’ve been a hit with everyone who was tried them (including the UPS driver who had not eaten lunch by the time he delivered a package).

I use large sun-dried tomato tortillas, and make it just the way it is directed in the recipe except that I put the craisins into the cream cheese before I put on the turkey; it keeps them from sliding around. I cut them in half and wrap them in plastic wrap.

    1. Thanks, Jeri! I have to try these with the sun-dried tomato tortillas. That sounds amazing.

  2. i had leftover turkey and cranberry from thanksgiving so i tried this recipe. thanks! i will be making more for tomorrow’s lunch. i even added some french fried onions that was left from making the green bean casserole for an added crunch.

  3. You are speaking my love language with this! I would LOVE it if you’d link this over at Menu Inspiration Monday – what a great use of leftover Turkey!

  4. This sounds like a fantastic variation on a traditional turkey sandwich – I love the flavours you have used! As you say, it’s worth cooking another turkey just to have the leftovers for it!

  5. Lovely wrap… I love the punch of color (and no doubt, flavor) that you get from the cranberries!
