My Shower Punch is such an easy punch recipe for any party, shower or special event! It’s a delicious fruit punch that’s always been one of my favorite punch recipes!

This punch recipe has to be one of my favorite drinks that I remember Mama and my Grandmother making for showers they hosted. It’s perfect for And now I make it a lot for bridal and baby showers,  too. It just works so well because it’s easy to make, refreshing, and absolutely beautiful as it glistens in the punch bowl! Did I mention it’s delicious?!

Shower Punch Recipe

Because we have a large family, it seemed like there was a shower just about every weekend when I was growing up. So you better believe I was the first to sign up to sample a cup or two as this punch recipe was being made.

Now that I host showers and parties myself, I turn to this punch recipe often too. It is super easy to make and everyone loves it! It doesn’t hurt that this punch looks beautiful. It’s stunning served in a large punch bowl with the floating ice ring with cherries and orange slices.

Perfect for Parties, Showers, and Celebrations
This punch recipe is also perfect to serve at birthday parties, patriotic celebrations (just look at that gorgeous red), and other spring and summer parties.

You can serve this in a pretty punch bowl at Easter with appetizers and desserts after the Easter egg hunt or alongside the cake at a special birthday party.

It’s a refreshing drink for summer parties and fun July 4th celebrations and can be modified by not making the ice ring so that it can be poured from a pitcher. I like to use a glass pitcher if not serving in a punch bowl because it so vibrant and pretty!

It makes it great to serve any time so both children and adults can enjoy it.

It’s so delicious and easy that I think you will find that you want to make it again and again!

Here’s how you make my family’s favorite Punch Recipe. I think you’ll love it!

  1. My daughter is getting married in 2 weeks. I’ve been trying to find a non-alcoholic punch for the kids at the reception. This will work great. Think I’m going to do one with the ice ring and one with ice cream.

  2. Yummy!!! I made it for a picnic last month and got rave reviews from everyone. Will definitely make again. Thanks for the post

  3. My mother was the same way, always hosting parties and showers. She made punch and served it in a beautiful glass punch bowl with matching glass cups. Do they still have them these days? Such a good recipe. She also made a lime punch using lime sherbet. Do you remember that one? Thank you! Pinning it!

  4. RE: Shower Punch recipe

When slicing the oranges for the ice ring, should I cross cut, leaving the orange rind on? Or peel the orange?
    Thank you!

  5. Today, I went to buy the ingredients for this because I’m hosting a baby shower this weekend. I’ve got a couple of questions…The hawaiian punch comes in gallon size bottles or like single serving size bottles and cans. Which one do I want? Also, for the ice ring, I found 10oz jars of maraschino cherries. Do I drain them or add the juice to the ice ring? Thanks!

    1. Hi Sarah,
I called my local grocery store to see what sizes of Hawaiian Punch is available before I answered you, just to be sure. I knew the last time I made this punch a few months ago, I couldn’t find the large can in my store. The manager told me that the large cans are no longer available. So, you’ll want to buy the gallon size bottle and only use 1/2 of it for the recipe. This punch goes so fast though, that if you are serving a large crowd, you may want to buy the materials to make two batches. 🙂

For the cherries, the 10-ounce jar is fine. You’ll want to drain them before adding into the bundt pan for the ice ring.

Hope you love this punch as much as my family always does!

      xoxo

    2. Thank you so much for speedy reply! I’ll go make the ice ring right now and I’ll let you know how the crowd likes the punch on Saturday!

  6. Hi. The punch looks amazing! I was hoping to make it next weekend, but I had a question. Is the Hawaiian Punch a can of frozen concentrate or is it a soda can of hawaiian punch? Thanks!

    1. Hi! It is in a bottle and. It in the small can. Hope you love it! You’ll have to know what you think of it!

  7. Sounds delish! Not sure I’ve ever seen a can of Hawaiian punch. How big is the can, and do I find it in the juice section? Thanks!!
