Cheesy Garlic Pizza Sticks Recipe

These Cheesy Garlic Pizza Sticks are what would happen if the perfect garlic bread and the most delicious cheese pizza were to get married.
Seriously.
Because, I absolutely can not get enough of either one so I decided it might just be best to combine the two into one perfect pizza recipe.

Cheesy Garlic Pizza Sticks Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 pizza dough recipe
- 1 bulb (40 g) roasted garlic
- 4 tablespoons (57 g) butter, softened
- 1/2 cup (126 g) pizza sauce recipe
- 2 cups (226 g) grated Mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup (113 g) grated monterey jack cheese
- 1 cup (113 g) grated cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 475ยบ F. Sprinkle cornmeal onto a rimmed baking sheet pan.
- Spread pizza dough onto baking sheet pan, forming a large rectangle. Remove roasted garlic from bulb and add to a medium bowl with softened butter. Cream together to make a garlic butter spread to spread over the pizza dough.
- Spread pizza sauce on top of garlic butter mixture. Top with grated cheeses and bake in the oven until crust has turned slightly golden around edges and the cheese has melted and become bubbly, about 15 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to rest for about 5 minutes.
- Slice into 2-inch rectangular “sticks” and serve.

Of course, if you aren’t as in love with garlic bread as I am, just omit the garlic from the recipe and you’ll still have some more amazing cheesy pizza sticks that everyone gobbles up like they are going out of style.
My mom always makes these, but without the garlic,butter and pizza sauce, we’d call them ‘Mama’s cheese sticks’. When I saw these, it brought me back to a few years ago when she used to make them, she still makes them now, but every once in a long while. These look so good and cheesy!!
