Baked French Toast always gets rave reviews for breakfast in the mornings, and this Cinnamon Apple Baked French Toast definitely does.
Crawling out from under those warm covers is just a tad bit easier in the mornings when you know this baked French toast is on the menu. At least it is around my neck of the woods.
There’s just something about the warm and comforting smells of cinnamon, apples, and rich buttery caramel that do the trick. Not to mention that you know you’ll get a crisp, juicy bite of apple in every delicious bite!
This Cinnamon Apple Baked French Toast with Caramel Sauce is perfect to serve guests visiting throughout the holidays, too. One warning though, they may decide they never want to leave!

This looks sooo good. Can it be prepared the night before and cooked in the morning?
Thank you for sharing this yummy recipe! Just made this for brunch for two, using 2 apples and a handful of blueberries and wholemeal toast (3 slices for 2 eggs). It came out a treat – and the salted caramel sauce is amazing with it. Will make again for sure, highly recommended!
I love me some french toast. This looks like an awesome variation especially with apples being so in season!
That caramel sauce looks just TOO GOOD. I can’t even imagine how lovely this smells, too!
Yes, someone please sign me up! What a delicious breakfast (or supper!) ๐
Wow! That looks so delicious, and what a great twist on French toast. The only bad part about this recipe is that now it’s made me want to eat it right now — but I have to make it first! ๐
