Ingredients 

  • 1/2 cup butter, , melted and cooled
  • 1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup sprinkles

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350º F. Prepare an 8×8 baking pan with baking spray. Set aside.
  • Cream together the butter and sugar. Mix in the egg, vanilla, salt, all-purpose flour, and baking powder. Mix until just well-combined. Stir in the sprinkles and spread into the baking pan.
  • Bake about 25-30 minutes, until set in the middle and lightly golden brown. Cool on a rack until completely cooled before cutting into pieces.

    That’s a tough one! I look forward to using the KitchenAid mixer because I feel like my desserts suffer quite a bit because I don’t have one! The beautiful Dutch oven would be such a luxury item too! Looking forward to your cookbook, as I love every thing you post!
