Saturday: Slow Cooker Beef Bourguignon Recipe (Slow Cooker)
Sunday: Chicken and Rice Casserole (Make Ahead)
Monday: Chicken Tortilla Soup (Slow Cooker or Instant Pot)
Tuesday: Chicken Noodle Soup (from the Add a Pinch Cookbook)
Wednesday: Sheet Pan Parmesan Chicken and Vegetables (30 Minutes)
Thursday: Chicken Fajita Quesadilla + Pico de Gallo + Guacamole (30 Minutes)
Friday: Eat Out

Saturday:
Slow Cooker Beef Bourguignon Recipe: I love this super easy recipe in the slow cooker. I like to prep the ingredients the evening before if I know that I’ll have a busy morning the next morning. Then, all I have to do is remove the slow cooker insert container from the refrigerator the next morning and pop it into the slow cooker, set the time and go!
Sunday:
Chicken and Rice Casserole: We absolutely love this dish and I love that I can make it ahead and freeze to use later or store in the fridge for baking when I’m ready to serve it!
Monday:
Chicken Tortilla Soup: I provide the stove top, slow cooker and instant pot cooking methods for this delicious soup. Yum! Yum!
Tuesday:
Chicken Noodle Soup: This delicious Chicken Noodle soup is made in the slow cooker and one of my favorites for this time of the year from my cookbook!
Wednesday:
Sheet Pan Parmesan Chicken and Vegetables: Ready in 30 minutes, there really isn’t much prep necessary for this one.
Thursday:
Chicken Fajita Quesadillas: I love to prep all of the veggies and chicken and store in zip top bags or airtight containers so that when I’m ready to make my quesadillas, they are ready to go!

Weekly Plan looks great except that is a lot of chicken in a row. My lady friend doesn’t want to see any chicken after I did a week similar to this and we haven’t cooked any in 2 months. Perhaps some of the leftover Beef in the middle of the week.
