I made something that I think you’ll like. It’s a little bit old school, but just perfect for my tastes. I made a mint chocolate chip milkshake that you can start sipping on in no time flat.

I hate to even call it a recipe it is so easy.

So let’s just agree that it’s not really anything fancy dancy, it’s just a little something sweet to you from me for St. Patrick’s Day.

Mint Chocolate Chip Milkshake

Mint Chocolate Chip Milkshakes make a fun treat anytime, especially for the mint chocolate chip lover. These milkshakes come together quickly and disappear even faster!
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 10 minutes
Servings: 1

Ingredients

For the Rainbow Rimmed Glasses:

  • 1 cup chocolate chips, semi-sweet, milk, or dark, melted
  • rainbow sprinkles

For the Mint Chocolate Chip Milkshake:

  • 2 scoops mint chocolate chip ice cream
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup whole milk

Instructions 

For the Rimmed Rainbow Glasses:

  • Place melted chocolate into a shallow bowl. Dip each glass into the melted chocolate and then dip into sprinkles. Once dipped in chocolate and sprinkles, place onto a rimmed baking sheet and into the freezer for about 10 minutes to harden.

For the Mint Chocolate Chip Milkshake:

  • Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into prepared glasses and serve immediately.
