MEAL PLAN TIPS:
Saturday:
Spicy Slow Cooker Chicken Sliders: These could not get any easier! The slow cooker makes this such an easy weekend or weeknight option!
Homemade Yeast Rolls: You can use store bought yeast rolls for this recipe if you wish, but I hope you try these glorious rolls at some point. They are delicious โ and they are freezer friendly! Youโll use a few of these leftover rolls tomorrow night for supper too.
Homemade Dill Pickles: Make these delicious pickles ahead to enjoy for months to come!
Sunday:
Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf: This is easy to mix up earlier in the day and place in fridge until time for baking. What amazing leftovers youโll have too!
Slow Cooker Mashed Potatoes: So easy to get going in the slow cooker early in the day! Make ahead and reheat if you wish. Delicious!
Homemade Yeast Rolls: Save a few of these that you made for yesterdayโs supper, reheat and enjoy!
Monday:
Greek Chicken Pasta Salad: Not only is this pasta salad absolutely full of flavor, itโs such an easy recipe to make ahead if you wish! Itโs just as delicious served warm anytime you want to, but thereโs just something extra scrumptious about this pasta salad served cold after all the ingredients have had a chance to meld with each other. I love all my pasta salad recipes, (there are several here on the site) and you can bet this one and the others are going to be made a lot this summer for cookouts, potlucks and easy summer suppers!
Tuesday:
We will enjoy leftovers from the last three days of delicious meals!
Wednesday:
Shrimp Scampi: This favorite is ready in 15 minutes! The pasta can cook the same time as the shrimp, making this a quick and easy weeknight meal that is elegant enough for entertaining too!
Thursday:
Chicken Salad with Grapes: Iโll either cook my chicken earlier in the day on the stove or put chicken in the slow cooker in the morning to cook during the day. Having the chicken done ahead of time makes this family favorite one of my favorites to make!
Hope you have a great week!
