Weekly Meal Plan #53 - Sharing our Weekly Meal Plan with make-ahead tips, freezer instructions, and ways to make supper even easier! // addapinch.com

Saturday: Chicken Cacciatore + Rice + House Salad  (One Dish Meal, Make Ahead)

Sunday: Christmas Eve with family + Cinnamon Rolls

Monday: Christmas Day! Make Ahead Christmas Dinner Menu (Make Ahead)

Tuesday: Weeknight Black Bean Chili (30 Minutes)

Wednesday:  Leftovers

Thursday: Easy Skillet Lasagna Recipe (from the Add a Pinch Cookbook) (30 Minutes)

Friday: Cashew Chicken + Zucchini Noodles (30 Minutes)

MEAL PLAN TIPS:

Saturday:
Chicken Cacciatore:  This cooks all in one skillet and is comfort food at it’s best! It’s simple to make, but I like to chop my herbs and other ingredients ahead of time if I’m going to be busy that day. (And I’ll be doing some baking for Christmas today – so much fun!)
I keep a House Salad made in my fridge for pairing with meals and quick lunches too. I’ll pair that with one of my homemade dressings I keep made ahead. Supper’s simple, rustic and delicious!

Sunday:
Christmas Eve with family tonight, but Bart and Sam will continue the tradition they’ve had every year and make Cinnamon Rolls that we will enjoy Christmas morning! (Santa likes them too!)

Monday:
Make Ahead Christmas Dinner Menu: At the link to this Menu, I’ve shared how to make all of the dinner – from appetizers to dessert – in stages ahead of time so that Christmas dinner is stress-free and I can spend time with my family!

Tuesday:
Weeknight Black Bean Chili: This family favorite is ready in 30 minutes and is so easy to make! This chili doesn’t have to simmer all day to taste amazing!

Wednesday:
We should have plenty of delicious leftovers from our Christmas Dinner!

Thursday:
Easy Skillet Lasagna: A well-loved 30-minute meal from the Add a Pinch cookbook!

Friday:
Cashew Chicken: While start to finish only takes 25 minutes on this recipe, you can definitely speed it up for a weeknight by going ahead and cutting up your chicken and storing in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Likewise, you can go ahead and mix together the sauce used in the recipe and store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator as well.

I hope you and your loved ones have a Merry Christmas!

Love you all!
