Of course, you can easily use any type of peach in this peach smoothie recipe. White peaches are gorgeous and nectarines work perfectly!

Just be sure to use really ripe peaches for the best results. You know, those peaches that you don’t know what to do with that seem like they could easily be overripe? Those are the best.

  1. I’m going to be so sad when peaches are no longer in season–because they are one of my favorite fruits. Love this smoothie idea–with the yogurt and maple syrup. YUM

    1. Hi Mary,
Sure, frozen peaches should work just fine. You’ll want to reduce or omit the ice when using frozen fruit and you may need to add a bit of liquid, such as juice from grapes or even a bit of water.

  2. How did you know peaches were my favorite? 😀 I love that there are no other flavors in this smoothie, just pure peaches.

  3. Yum! I used to drink smoothies every morning but have gotten away from it lately. I definitely need to pick it back up. I have some nectarines that would be perfect for this!
