Meal Plan Tips:
This is a week full of travel for my family! After the book signing in Carrollton, we head out on Saturday to Los Angeles for filming for Hallmark’s Home and Family! Then later in the week to Arkansas for the Arkansas Literary Festival. Such fun trips!
I hope you’ll follow along on Instagram Stories and I’ll be sure to share a post later in the week for some behind the scenes shots! But most importantly, will you please say big prayers that I don’t add salt when I should add sugar or (my biggest fear) trip, fall and wind up on one of those blooper shows!? Oh my word!

Skillet Beef Ziti: A super quick meal that requires very little prep. Perfect after a day of traveling! You can speed things along by pre-measuring all of your ingredients if you’d like.
Cashew Chicken: While from start to finish only takes 25 minutes on this recipe, you can definitely speed it up for a weeknight by going ahead and cutting up your chicken and storing in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Likewise, you can go ahead and mix together the sauce used in the recipe and store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator as well.
Easy Skillet Lasagna: A well-loved 30-minute meal from the Add a Pinch cookbook, this is one that will be just perfect after our day in Arkansas for the Literary Festival.
Skillet Basil Chicken: Little prep is needed for this recipe, but you can speed things along by pre-measuring all of the ingredients ahead of time if you’d like.
Chocolate No Bake Cookies: After our week away, this will be a welcome homemade treat!
