MEAL PLAN TIPS:
Saturday:
Spicy Slow Cooker Chicken Sliders: These could not get any easier! The slow cooker makes this such an easy weeknight option!
Homemade Yeast Rolls: You can use store bought yeast rolls for this recipe if you wish, but I hope you try these glorious rolls at some point. They are delicious โ and they are freezer friendly! Youโll use a few of these leftover rolls tomorrow night for supper too.
Homemade Dill Pickles: Make these delicious pickles ahead to enjoy for months to come.
Sunday:
Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf: This is easy to mix up earlier in the day and place in fridge until time for baking. What amazing leftovers youโll have too!
Slow Cooker Mashed Potatoes: So easy to get going in the slow cooker early in the day! Make ahead and reheat if you wish. Delicious!
Homemade Yeast Rolls: Save a few of these that you made for yesterdayโs supper, reheat and enjoy!
Monday:
Stuffed Sweet Potatoes: This is delish Leftover Makeover from my cookbook โ youโll use leftover Spicy Chicken and stuff sweet potatoes. Yum!
House Salad: I keep a freshly mixed green salad and some of my various homemade dressings in my refrigerator most all the time. So easy to pair with so many other dishes for supper!
Chewy Sugar Cookies: These cookies are super simple to make and come together in minutes! They are a delicious favorite!
Tuesday:
Fish Tacos with Homemade Taco Seasoning: I keep the Taco Seasoning made and stored in an airtight container.ย Even though these tacos are ready in less than 30 minutes, I love to go ahead and prep all of the veggies and the pico de gallo ahead of time to make these fish tacos even easier! You can also go ahead and mix together your sour cream and sriracha and store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
Wednesday:
Shrimp Scampi: This favorite is ready in 15 minutes! The pasta can cook the same time as the shrimp, making this a quick and easy weeknight meal that is elegant enough for entertaining too!
Thursday:
Chicken Salad with Grapes: Iโll either cook my chicken earlier in the day on the stove or put chicken in the slow cooker in the morning to cook during the day. Having the chicken done ahead of time makes this family favorite one of my favorites to make!
Hope you have a great week!

For some reason, I am not receiving your weekly meal plans. ย ย I receive an occasional recipe and locate the meal plan off the most recent recipe. ย I am on your mailing list….Is this happening to others?
Hi Jan!
I’ve moved the Weekly Meal Plans to go out in an email as part of the Monday emails. The meal plan still always posts on Saturday so you can access it on my site every Saturday, and will receive the email on Monday. I hope this helps and that you enjoy the meal plans! Great to hear from you! xo
How do you access the recipes ????
Hi Jim,
The recipes I list for most days are from my website and have links given. Just click those links to each recipe. For those few recipes listed as Add a Pinch Cookbook recipes, those are recipes that I am making from my cookbook. Thanks so much!
