Especially since this past week was all about pies around here. So, in celebration for my love affair with this tasty treat, I thought it was appropriate to share what I consider 12 perfect pie recipes.

My favorite pie is a recipe of my great-grandmother’s that we call Fudge Pie, but it is very similar to your Chocolate Chess Pie. Her Lemon chess pie would be a close second.
