  1. Thanks for the recipes I will definitely try some. I would like to add two you may not have tried. Zucchini pancakes for breakfast with a hot bourbon maple syrup.Also my own personal favorite which I sort of invented. Steam zucchini and yellow squash till al dente. Drain and put back into pot. Add butter lemon parmesan cheese and panko crumbs. Heat medium heat till butter and parmesan melts and panko crumbs get crispy. Serve
