This homemade Frappuccino is a delicious cold coffee drink that’s so simple to make with this recipe! Make this favorite frappuccino at home with just four ingredients and optional toppings!

Frosty glass holds a cold Frappuccino coffee drink topped with homemade whipped cream, drizzled with chocolate syrup that is running down the sides of the glass. A straw is inserted in the glass for drinking. Bowl of whipped cream sits in background with a spoon in it.

This frappuccino recipe comes together in a few minutes with only four basic ingredients. It’s a creamy and delicious blended iced coffee that is popular in coffee shops but is so easy to make with this recipe. And if you love a little extra decadence (and who doesn’t?) top it with a large dollop of my whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate for the ultimate coffee drink!

Frappuccinos are one of my favorite coffee drinks, but I rarely visit coffee shops, so I created my own recipe to make at home. I actually like mine even more, and I make it about two minutes.

There’s nothing like making this frappuccino on a warm day – or any day that you want it!

Make this decadent coffee drink at home in minutes with just four simple ingredients. You can then choose optional toppings to personalize it. Here’s how you’ll make it.

Ingredients

To make this amazing frappuccino at home, you’ll need the following ingredients:

  • Ice – I recommend using crushed ice. If you have ice cubes, just place them into a zip top bag and carefully break the ice cubes into smaller pieces with the back of a spoon.
  • Espresso or Strong Coffee – this is the key to a delicious frappuccino! You can use a home espresso maker or just brew very, very strong coffee to use instead.
  • Milk – use your favorite half-and-half, milk or milk alternative (soy, almond, oat milk, etc).
  • Sweetener – use your sweetener of choice from granulated sugar to sugar alternatives such as stevia, honey, etc.
  • Optional Toppings – Whipped cream and chocolate syrup bring that coffee-house style fancy coffee drink right home!

How to Make Frappuccino at Home

  1. Blend together ice, espresso (or strong coffee), milk, and sweetener until well blended.
  2. Pour into a tall glass and top with optional toppings of whipped cream and chocolate syrup, if using.
  3. Serve immediately and enjoy every sip!

Here’s my Frappuccino recipe that rivals any that you can find anywhere else. I hope you love it!

Excellent recipe! I halved it, which was plenty for one drink. I used homemade coffee ice cubes, which I crushed as instructed. With 1/2 of your ingredients as listed, this was amazing, the perfect (medium+ size) drink with super coffee flavor and just enough sweetness. (I use decaf coffee to make my ice cubes, so I get extra flavor but not too much caffeine.)
