You can use this tip to peel your garlic cloves in just a jiffy. I love to use this method to peel some ahead of time and store in the refrigerator for making recipes later on that week. So easy!

Ingredients 

  • garlic bulb

Instructions 

  • Wrap the garlic bulb in a damp paper towel and place into the microwave. Microwave on high for 15-20 seconds, then remove from the microwave and rub lightly with the paper towel. Garlic cloves will easily emerge from their skins.
  • To store: place in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for later use.
