Strawberry Grape Pineapple Smoothie – This all fruit smoothie recipe is quick and refreshing. Blended with strawberries, grapes, and pineapple pieces.

Smoothies have made their way into my home and they aren’t leaving anytime soon. I hope you don’t mind, because I promise I’ll continue to share our favorite combinations with you.

We’ve tried quiet a few over the last few months, always experimenting to see if we can make one a little bit better than the last. Well, that’s until one morning I just threw a handful of fresh strawberries, a whole lot of red grapes, and some fresh pineapple, along with a touch of ice and let it whirl away in my blender.

The result had my husband and me both sold on the spot!

If you’re having trouble getting your fruits into your daily diet, I highly recommend going the smoothie route. Not only are they good for you, they are amazingly refreshing and curb that sweet tooth faster than a New York minute.

Smoothies are great anytime of the day – breakfast, lunch, afternoon snacks, you name it.

With all of the fresh strawberries available in the market right now, it’s a great time to give this smoothie a try. I can’t wait to hear how you like it.

Here’s how I make it.

  1. I LOVE this smoothie, but you should try black grapes instead of Red. It makes it sweeter, Red grapes + Pineapple is a little too sour tasting for me. I love adding the black grapes to negate that sour taste a little. You can still taste everything and is delicious! I love these without any dairy since I’m lactose Intollerant.

  2. I have a container of plain yogurt sitting in my fridge. Gonna make a smoothie with it tomorrow morning because I’m now inspired. I’m thinking Strawberry-Banana since I have both frozen. Ooh! And blueberries too!

  3. I would have never thought to add grapes to a smoothie!! Sounds so yummy and refreshing. After a week of food in NYC, I need a few smoothies in my life.

  4. Yum! I love smoothies but can never find a yummy, healthy recipe! I love the strawberry pineapple combination. Can’t wait to try it out!
