Weekly Meal Plan #8 // Sharing our Weekly Meal Plan with make-ahead tips, freezer instructions, and ways make supper even easier! // addapinch.com

Saturday: Family Night Out (Sadie Hawkins Night!)

Sunday: Crispy Chicken Wings (from the Add a Pinch Cookbook), Buffalo Chicken Dip, Sheet Pan Nachos, Chocolate Chip Blondies and No Bake Cookies (Super Bowl Sunday!)

Monday: Cashew Chicken + Zucchini Noodles (30 Minutes)

Tuesday:  Skillet Beef Ziti + Salad (30 Minutes)

Wednesday:  White Chicken Chili (Slow Cooker)

Thursday: Leftovers

Friday: Skillet Garlic Basil Chicken (30 Minutes)

Meal Plan Tips:

Saturday:
A night out for the Sadie Hawkin’s dance. Fun, fun!

Sunday:
Buffalo Chicken Dip: Prep the dip the day before and then just pop into the oven to bake and serve!
Sheet Pan Nachos: So easy and ready in minutes, very minimal prep needed.
Chocolate Chip Blondies and No Bake Cookies: Perfect to make ahead the day before.
(The menu is pretty large, but we’ll be snacking throughout the day as we watch the big game. Each of the teams have a player from our little hometown playing, so we’ll be glued to the tv for sure!)

Monday:
Cashew Chicken: While from start to finish only takes 25 minutes on this recipe, you can definitely speed it up for a weeknight by going ahead and cutting up your chicken and storing in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Likewise, you can go ahead and mix together the sauce used in the recipe and store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator as well.

Tuesday:
Skillet Beef Ziti: Another quick one that requires very little prep. You can speed things along by pre-measuring all of your ingredients, if you’d like.

Wednesday:
White Chicken Chili: I’ll be traveling so I’ll pop everything into the slow cooker the night before and place the insert into the refrigerator overnight. Then, before I head out in the morning, I just put the insert back into the slow cooker and set it to cook for the day!

Thursday:
Leftover night while I’m out of town.

Friday:
Skillet Basil Chicken: Little prep is needed for this recipe, but you can speed things along by pre-measuring all of the ingredients ahead of time, if you’d like.

Have a great week!
