Blackberry Tartlets Recipe

Blackberry tartlets make the perfect addition to a shower, brunch, or special party. Light and tasty, these blackberry tartlets will become a favorite.

These simple blackberry tartlets make the perfect and elegant addition to any shower, brunch or special occasion like a fun summer party or such.

Blackberry tartlets are also as easy as can be to make. You simply use a pre-made phyllo shell, a bit of homemade blackberry curd, a dollop of whipped topping, and then keep them chilled until you are ready to serve.

You can easily substitute the blackberry for another berry such as raspberry, strawberry, or maybe even a blueberry. An assorted tray of a few of those would be pretty sweet, too I think.

I love using those little phyllo shells, but have only used them for savory dishes. You have definitely convinced me that I need to make something like these adorable blackberry tartlets.

This shower looks like so so much fun! The only things that makes me sad is that it doess’t get to go on a table together IRL. Can you imagine what a feast it would be? Beautiful recipe, Robyn!
