I took my favorite pancake recipe and made it ready for fall and pumpkin season this past weekend. It made my house smell divine and my mouth was watering something fierce while I was getting it ready to put on the griddle. The addition of cinnamon and pumpkin to these pancakes was perfect for these pumpkin pancakes.

I know I’ll get more requests for my pumpkin pancakes this fall and you better bet they’ll be on the table Halloween morning. What a treat! {without the tricks}

    One of our favorite breakfasts in the fall – there’s just nothing like a great pumpkin spice pancake . . . unless it’s a pumpkin spice waffle . . . or a pumpkin spice latte . . . or a pumpkin spice . . . i guess i like just about anything that is pumpkin spice!
