These crispy sugar snap peas will quickly become a favorite snack! Ready in minutes! Multiple seasoning options included!
Goodness gracious are these little snacks delicious! As soon as my snap peas started producing in the garden, I’ve been endlessly adding them to salads, stir-fry, and so many other dishes. But let me tell you, baking them into these incredible little crispy treats has been one of my favorites!
Our snap peas have been going absolutely crazy and I’ve found more uses for them than I knew were possible this summer, but as soon as I started making them into these crispy snap pea snacks I can’t get enough.
To make them, I wash and dry my snap peas thoroughly and then I toss them in olive oil, salt, pepper and a few other seasonings. Once they are well-coated and seasoned, I arrange them in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet while my oven preheats.
For the seasonings, the possibilities are really endless. You can make them with just salt and pepper or add others into the mix like using my favorite homemade ranch seasoning or a sweet and spicy dry rub.
I pop them into the oven and let them roast until they are nice and crispy. Once done, I remove them from the oven and let them cool.
Let me go ahead and warn you though, these babies are hard to resist!
Here’s my Crispy Snap Peas recipe. I can’t wait to hear how you love them best!

Yum! This is so creative! I loooove those sugar snap peas they have in the snack section at TJ’s or near the salad stuff at Safeway so super excited to have a home made version of the recipe! I can’t wait to try it.
