MEAL PLAN TIPS:
Saturday:
This is a lot of food, but Sam will have friends around and teenage boys surely love to eat!
Baked Crispy Buffalo Wings: I’ll have these prepped and in the fridge ready to fix for supper. Easy and delicious!
Buffalo Chicken Dip: Prep the dip the day before and then just pop into the oven to bake and serve! You can also make it in your slow cooker!
Sheet Pan Nachos: So easy and ready in minutes, very minimal prep needed.
No Bake Cookies: Perfect to make ahead the day before.
Sunday:
Pot Roast with Root Vegetables: This hearty, comforting pot roast is just what Iโm craving! This cookbook recipe is slow cooker easy and even makes a great Leftover Makeover supper another night this week!
Monday:
Cashew Chicken: Even though this recipe only takes 25 minutes from start to finish, you can definitely speed it up for a weeknight by going ahead and cutting up your chicken and storing in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Likewise, you can go ahead and mix together the sauce used in the recipe and store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Wednesday:
Skillet Beef Ziti: Tonightโs supper is another quick favorite that requires very little prep. You can pre-measure all of your ingredients, if youโd like.
Thursday:
Skillet Basil Chicken: Little prep is needed for this recipe, but you can speed things along by pre-measuring all of the ingredients ahead of time, if youโd like.
Hope you have a great week!

I wonder why only Saturday’s menu shows up?
